Within the international calendar of Under 21 competitions, one of the oldest and most established is the "Toulon Tournament" which takes place each year in the South of France. It has been running since 1967, but was televised for the first time in 1995 by Airtime International.
Airtime International continued their coverage in 1996 and 1997 and exclusively hold the world-wide TV rights to all three years of the Tounament.
